I just saw bassnectar in hampton virginia, and it was probably the "heaviest" bass i've ever heard/felt. It has such a different feeling than sitting in my car. In my car i can feel the air moving alot and my ears tickle alot, at the concert, i felt my heart and lungs shaking, but not as much air movement as in my car. I'm pretty damn sure the concert was louder because my ears were ringing for a while after and i kept thinking i was hearing music lol. I'm curious as to what causes the different feelings. I know bass is the movement of air, and i'm a little confused as to why my organs were shaking at the concert, but not as much air movement as in my car. They have mad cone area and mad power. Last new years he debuted a system that was around 580,000 watts in the bridgestone arena at nashville. and i know my car isn't loud, especially compared to people on here, but its louder than any other car i've been in, and louder than the average system. also, its my only frame of reference. When i saw him at redrocks last summer, he was using a system from Meyer, called the Leo. Broke_Audio_Addict Posted January 1, 2015 Report Posted January 1, 2015 Went to a Korn concert the year they broke the record for loudest sound system and that shit was loud my ears were ringing for days. we were about 20 feet from the stage though in the pit so that might have made it worse. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
