PURE~PRESSURE Posted March 8, 2015 Author Report Posted March 8, 2015 Hmmm....well see then. But It's like I have a family to so I have 4 people in my car all the time so it would be like the back would be lacking the highs.
ToNasty Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Just so you know. I haven't had rear speakers in any of my vehicles the last few years. No one complains. ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
boom50cal Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 same hear, one set of components up front was nice enough for the back passengers I had. On 1/4/2013 at 9:31 PM, HatersGonnaHate said: Wow. 184 posts and I think you're a fucking asshole.
jcarter1885 Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 If you dont have speakers in all 4 doors and rear deck then you arent loud. I remember my Florida college days and having 23 speakers in my car; six tweeters, 14 eminence mids and three kicker cvx 12" subs. Besides the subs it was a waste, loud yes but sound good nope. Can get just as loud with way less equipment. Just do a badass setup in the front doors, fiberglass the whole works. PURE~PRESSURE Posted March 9, 2015 Author Report Posted March 9, 2015 What kind of components you ran? Today I stripped the car...missing the music already but its for a better cause. Gotta couple of other pictures showing amps that I will be using and all the mids and bullets I own. Plus a size comparison of the old box vs the new. Some pics show ideal placements of were the speakers will be placed. What does everyone think about two 6.5 for mid bass on the passenger side and two on the driver? Didn't realize how small that other box was geez. Father in son Trunk stripped This carpet under matting works very well No wires behind this stripped behind there to Left the headrest in Old wiring AMPS Placements???? Hmmmm...
ToNasty Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 Why do you need 2 mid bass up front? ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
PURE~PRESSURE Posted March 9, 2015 Author Report Posted March 9, 2015 The Mid-bass speakers really dont handle two much power 60 watts rms.So i figure two would make up for it. The sealed backs can easily take 150 watts rms. Not really sure if they will be able to match them.
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 The thing I like about you and this build is you are open to advice and you are always trying to improve what you have done. I applaud you for that man. Plenty of people run multiple mid per door, it's not necessary but if it's what you want and it sounds good too you I say do it. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
