Kyblack76 Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 No not a troll, I had the same amp and sub in my Monte carlo before I sold it but didn't have the xs battery's instead I had two yellow tops (one under the hood one in the trunk) and a 520 amp alternator and the alternator went bad after a month or two yawn.. i know of 1000 amp alts...... at idle. I was told the alternator was 520 amps I can't recall the seller but it was bought off somebody on ebay with 99% feedback for $800 they shipped it to me from ohio.
