If you bought from a dealer you are lucky that Jon will even talk to you let alone help you in any way shape or form. You deal with humans, mistakes happen. Mistakes don't make bad CS. Lets say that it is the fault of Jon himself, at least he is willing to make it right means good CS. Now lets be more realistic and say it is your dealers fault.... So for instance u go to best buy and buy a tv u get home it dosent work who do u think takes care of the the tv manufacturer or best buy.
