SIDE SHOW
if you remove the back plate altogether and mount your amp, does it stop ratteling?.... do you really need the back plate on there if that's how you have it mounted?
ChevyBoy95
Ive had this happen on 4 channels and big amps with missing screws, and so on.... honestly.... Take a roll of blue masking tape and run a strip down each side of the amp along where the screws are (where it overlaps the bottom plate and the heatsink it attaches to)... and done. I'd rather not remove the back plate plus it would be a pita to do it since I can't easily pull the amp out. Gonna try the masking tape and see how that works first. magillaru
I should have a little time to do it this weekend....I'll let you know how it turns out. I'll also have some new videos up in my build log this weekend and possibly some TL numbers! It's funny, when I first started this build, I couldn't have cared less about what it did on the meter, now I can't wait! lol Singer Alternators Team Asshole #anothershittysingerbuild
