I still live at same place, but even after paying extra and all that I have no equity because my house is worth so much less. Would have rather had an apartment where I didn't have to mow and snow blow and do repairs that add up quick. I am looking to go the opposite. Miguels
houses cost way too much to a point its not even worth buying.. you actually pay more in mortgage and repairs can add up quick. 1 Quote my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/

Karkov
Yea, not saying it's that way every where. It's mine alright so the new shingles it needs are mine to pay for and and and, LOL. Not gonna dirty up the thread anymore but I know my options but it's not a good time for me to do any changes in life because we might get a divorce soon so i want to show stability plus I can give her the crappy house and make it look like i'm a good guy to the lawyers. I think about the 10's of thousands the value has gone down since I bought it and that sucks. I am not sticking another dime into it....... I can rent here for cheap I just need to maintain. Beef26
Looks great. My place needs some upgrades also. I really like the texture on the walls. I'm going that way when I drywall my place in the spring. Feels great when you work on your home.
flashlight_65
Need something to get the soap scum off the tile walls....anyone know of the best way? I spent about $50 on chemicals and NONE of them work very good.Krud kutter, they sell it in the paint aisle at Walmart. Shit works on everything, especially old and crusty to fresh and gooey tree sap is no match.Amazing work man, must feel good to walk into a brand new yet familiar castle.
