Drawing to much power for my battery?

I can't figure how the amp will pull power without subs hooked up

The only thing i can think of is a parasitic draw.

But it has to be in the line you ran. Try running a new one.

I didn't run a new one, was the same line that i used for my last amp nothing changed with it other then what was connected at the other end

What size fuse? Did it pop? I agree, run a new line, check the old one for shorts that maybe didn't blow the fuse. Is it just one amp that doesn't have anything hooked up? You can try hooking the other one up on that wire if it has a load and see if you get the same results. That narrows it down to your wire.

What I'm saying is run a new line for the ct 1400 or take the wires from the 4 channel amp and put in the 1400 and see what happens.

Planning on running a new line just wasn't sure if instead of running a new line i should just wait and get another battery first. The fuse was a 120a fuse. Maybe i'll see if i can switch runs on the amps to see if it continue's but i want to see the 4 channel run is to short to run this amp of have to check.

Thanks guys i'll let you know the results!
