SIDE SHOW
you really don't have many options then, under the seat, or even look into building a box into the area under the glovebox under the dash
kirill007
If you have no place to put them, then why use them? Midbass require a lot of power and 85w is a joke for the amount of power you really need, 200w and up from an amplifier so you can make adjustments for getting the correct amount of midbass. As you increase in speaker sizes, you have to increase the power going to them. You will most likely have to build pods for the midbasses, and whether you attach them to the door or in the kicks is something you'll have to test out and see how much room each will require to achieve your goal. Are you serious? Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
micker
I though this odd but was very unsure if correct I thought power was related to the speaker not the placement or how it's used All I could find on the kicker comp8 was 100rms sealed, 55rms ported 50rms infinite baffle And the compRT lookin at specs it should work in infinite baffle if I use the 6.75 or possible the 8" Just want a bit more bottom end I don't expect them to play like subs and the little info I seem to understand about running them in a door is don't expect them to play low with building a box in the door or some heave mods Would this sub work crossed at say 80hz and 200hz set with gain down low I can borrow a dd1 (a friend just order one)to set my speakers and sub then just turn down sub to supply lower power Also with the equipment I have would I better running 2 set of comps on each ch in my doors feeding them 43rms each (kicker ds650.2 rated at 60rms) Or feeding 1 set 75rms and running the other off the h/u

Skullz
They make 6.5" subs if you can find a space small enough for a tiny enclosure to fit, might want to run a pair if possible 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
micker
Because I'm restricted to mainstream I have access to JL alpine kicker, mbQ, pioneer fusion Just that locally kicker and pioneer seem to the the cheaper options. There is Sony but I don't rate them too well I could seal and small area in door or build a small a box and install the 6.5 or 6.75 subs in my doors But I couldn't build a box for 8" or bigger that's why I was thinking IB If I was to build a box and run them as subs Would I be able to run them from the sub ch from h/u and amp or would I need to use the front/rear to achive stero
micker
I have seen add on crossovers like moral use for there miss on wooferstec Where I would just put 1 comp and 1 sub per Chanel giving me 2 ohm on amp So I would have 2 crossovers from amp 1 to sub/mid other to mid/tweeter Then they both see 43rms each

micker
The equipment I have is Kicker zx700.5 75@4 85@2 +210@4 420@2 2 sets kicker ds650.2 6.5" components (new in box) I'll my other rides I've have a sealed sub on 1 amp And 4ch with 4 speakers Or a 4ch running front and sub with rear on h/u My original plane was seal 8 or 10 behind seat And 1 comp per door But after buying my comp and finding out the 75rms was way too much power for them then I could t fit anything behind seat I was told just run 2 comps per ch in front door Some midbass on other Chanel Then look around for some under seat sub the 2" one or maybe a slim 6" sub to run off sub ch
SIDE SHOW
those speakers should be fine on 75wrms, and you'll be able to wire two 4 ohm subs to a 2 ohm load from your mono (sub channel) on your amp
