Lakeshow94
So just got my new ct meso 15" installed. Running it off of a t1500 at one ohm. Previously with my last sub my mirror would occasionally slowly tilt down on heavy bass songs, although with the new setup it pretty much tilts all the way down with a note or two. It is adjustable through a ball joint. I'm fine with fixing it permanently in one position (I'm the only one who drives my car) although I wanted some input before i started altering things. Do you guys have any suggestions as to how I can fix it in one position/stop it from tilting? 1999 Lexus GS 300 Pioneer DEH-80PRS Singer 240 Amp (Will be installed later) Northstar Group 31 & 24 Sundown SCV-4000 Rockford T400-4 2 12" CT Sound Meso CT Sounds 6.5 Meso Components CT Sounds Tropo 6.

Lakeshow94
I do like having it though. I feel like there is a type of adhesive I could use to seize up the ball joint. magillaru
Ehhh, once mine falls off, I just leave it off. You could probably throw some "Goop" in there and then set the mirror in the position you want before it sets. So the ball won't have room to move thats what I was going to try as a initial method. Its just a real small gap. I was gonna start with paper/paper towels and see how it does 1999 Lexus GS 300 Pioneer DEH-80PRS Singer 240 Amp (Will be installed later) Northstar Group 31 & 24 Sundown SCV-4000 Rockford T400-4 2 12" CT Sound Meso CT Sounds 6.5 Meso Components CT Sounds Tropo 6.

hoit
I agree with the gents above! Sooner or later, the wall bug will bite...and the rear view is obsolete! I still use mine, but I'm not on that level...yet. Till then, something to jam it in place, glue it, and do it! 2007 Chevy Aveo Ls sedan 2 Sundown Xv2 on scv4k @ .5 ohm 2 pair RE XXX 6.5 components on sax200.4 @ 2 ohm Big Three, Three runs 1/0 power from front to back, 1 ground front to back Two runs ground from rear bank to chassis XS power d3100 upfront, 3 Odyssey 2150s in bank Singer 220 amp alt
afrakes
A good driver who pays attention doesn't need a rear view anyways. Cracks me up when I see these people with rear view "extensions". I try to keep my distance from them. Lol. Could just be Seattle drivers too.
