Even though they cut boards, asking them to do anymore than 1 cut on a whole board is like a fucking world changer for them. Half the time I get told they can't. Lazy shit's just don't want to do math and figure out a cut sheet, I even went with one before. Then on top of that the other time it was some noob who didn't accomedate wood thickness so it threw off the box a little bit. It works as intended. dont expect to just rip through 3/4 mdf though. it is a little light on power. for the price i am happy with it.
