askmeaboutmy6.5s Posted October 10, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 10, 2015 well got the headliner out for some deadening. spray foam to start, then some deadener across the entire roof.the cross member to support it UNBOLTS! thats right. no spot welds. it unbolted and i can now do an entire layer of deadening with no obstructions.then just bolt it back on and no more rattle. SWEET! i sure do love these sidekicks/trackers.also building my rear stage into the headliner. just 4 4x6s for some rear mid/high fill. planning to do a 3 way passive front stage with an 8, 5.25, and super tweet per side. once the rear peice is done it will be dyed black to try and cover some staining.
