Ahmed Johnson Posted September 8, 2015 Report Posted September 8, 2015 I had Lo-jack on my TB. I stopped renewing it May. They never called me if it didn't move for a couple days. As far as the alarm going off, I don't think they ever called me for that either. When they put the shit in I was told it was a tracking device or some shit. I thought it was supposed to cut the car off the second I reported it stolen, which it might have but since my car was never stolen I don't know.
n8ball2013 Posted September 8, 2015 Report Posted September 8, 2015 I have blue link through my Hyundai that is similar to LoJack in that I can have it tracked and the vehicle remotely killed etc. you do get alerts and stuff like that too but it's no one calling you. If I set off he panic it will email me. I can also set up all kinds of alerts and put it in valet mode so it can't be driven over 45 mph. It's pretty cool but for me it's mostly a novelty THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger.

Brandon Etsinger Posted September 11, 2016 Report Posted September 11, 2016 not sure why the other guy was paying monthly. mines came with my vehicle, i had to send a copy of my title to Lo-Jack and they took care of the rest. All i need to do is call in that my car has been stolen, and they will activate the system to find my vehicle. No extra fees... -An alarm with a KILL SWITCH that you USE EVERY TIME will be the best bet to keep your vehicle from being stolen. If its towed, that kill switch won't matter, but with lojack you can find it.
