Broke_Audio_Addict
That's going to vary greatly. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. jessdabest77
Ok,so most amp's that can do 1/2 ohm, produce more power at 1/2 am ohm? Meaning, with good electrical and the amp is rated at,let's say 3500 watts at 1 ohm,but if you run it at 1/2 an ohm,it'll do more power? I have always wondered that but never can find any test on that.
jessdabest77
And also, how much more power?
Broke_Audio_Addict
It won't necessarily make any more power but it will cause things like heat, higher current draw, reduced efficiency, lower damping factor, and a few other fun things. Most wire that low to combat rise but there is in my opinion no reason to do so in a daily and the risk outweigh the benefits again in my opinion.
