Wasteland_Audio
Well the title pretty much says it all, i just got my alt in today and i was wondering what length belt I'm gonna need. I know they said it needs to be shorter but no one seems to be able to tell me how much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MrSkippyJ
probably takes more than 30 minutes for people to respond, especially in the middle of a work day. calm yourself. give people a chance to go do research for you. Ahmed Johnson
6 rib belt right? Is your original size 93 inches long? I mean the rule of thumb is .5 - 1 inch shorter. 925k6 I believe is the auto store part number is for 92.5. I'm working so I'll see what more I can find for you. Ahmed Johnson
It's up to you to see what works. I'm not sure the auto store will let you try and see which works. When you go to the parts store ask for part number 925k6 for a half inch smaller and part number 920k6 for an inch smaller.
