Although i know even the PWX series is weatherproof as well, as long as the back is sealed off. So my question is, is there any difference between the two (aside from color)? Is there any reason not to buy the marine speakers for 1/2 off? Both have the exact same description.. Ryan929 Posted November 18, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 18, 2015 SO then I guess the coil size and the fact that the marine speakers have the UV rubber composite weatherproof surround and nomex treated spider, would be the only real difference.. audiofanaticz Posted November 19, 2015 Report Share Posted November 19, 2015 I personally think the white will look like crap in a door with dark colors, unless you have other white accents through out the cab of the vehicle otherwise it would just clash. Me being dumb, was playing with my amp and accidentally moves the switch from hpf to lpf with volume on max..........................
