With proper tuning you can make the system sound really nice... I'd run two 2 channel amps for that, one for the front and one for the rear. Tweeters would still need there own separate amp. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Good components can get plenty loud and will sound much better than what you're planning on doing. That's in my opinion though.
