You don't need to spice you can one wire the four pin plug you just need a resistor inline to a 12v ignition. DON"T use black tape use heat shrink. There is more than 1 way to skin a cat.... It will come with a Gates belt($45 value) plus the harness needed to wire the second about and instructions. DC has been making this kit the longest.
