baller95
Hey guys, I'm going to be installing my Pioneer GM-D9601 amp for my subs and I want to keep my factory head unit. Would a regular $20 LOC do or is it worth the extra money to buy an active LOC (looking at the AudioControl LC2i)? Thanks!
reedal
It's worth it to get the AudioControl unit in my opinion. I've heard nothing but good things from them, whereas the cheaper LOC's have been proven to dirty up the signal. I wish I had tested my LC7i for distortion before I sold it. Broke_Audio_Addict
I'd like to see a lc2i or other similar models tested with an oscope or dd-1. Loc's are pretty much all garbage. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Kyblack76
i really really liked my RF BLD .... was a bit pricy (around 60 bones or so) but, i really liked it when i was "tapped" in to my oem poop, needing a sig for my sub amp years ago.
