Get a piece is speaker wire and touch it to ground and thefts the ring of the Rica"outside" if it goes away, you know your issue. It could be radiated noise from the antenna,or bad ground. if my ears dont buzz. you need more ..

What he's trying to say is ground the rca's to the car.

Runing both together can produce alternator whine you could run a ground loop usolator wich could help with that or juat re rundthe rca to other side.
