Broke_Audio_Addict
What is it that you're trying to paint? That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. mothra
I've only see powder coated parts stand up in the engine bay when it comes to longevity in the engine bay when it comes to colors. outside of that, i'd Jet-hot coat parts if color doesn't matter. if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know
Karkov
Dual alt bracket. Would like to do something myself on the cheap cheap as it's not that important to me. (so no powder coat, lol) but also want something more permanent than plasti-dip. Just don't really want it to rust is all, don't care about color. I know temps under the hood get hot though, especially since i Secondskinned the hood..... 2007 Chevy Tahoe (SOLD) 12 ~ FI Audio X series 10" w/BP option 2 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @0.67 3 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @1.0 2 ~ PPI 3 way sets (not installed yet) 1 ~ RF T400-4, 1 ~ RF T600-2, 1 ~ RF T600-4 4 ~ CT Sounds 5.25" Strato comps (rear fill only) 1 ~ XS Power D4800 1 ~ XS Power D3400 8 ~ XS Power XP3000 160 stock alt, Mechman 370 Elite, 185 DC Power 320+ Sq. Broke_Audio_Addict
Hit with some high temp ceramic spray paint, Make sure you thoroughly clean the part first. Powder coat isn't very expensive to have done really. I'd bet your looking at like $30 or so for a part that size depending on the color you want. boom50cal
^^ powder coating isn't that bad. return customers and free advertisers get bitchin deals. I got my big ass toolbox done for $75. Simple colors like matte black, red, blue, green, shit like that will be the cheapest. And it's WELL worth it.
