RainStryke
This is an excellent amplifier for the price: http://twistedsoundscaraudio.com/ts1-8kw/ This is the dyno sheet that came with mine: Mine has been going strong for the last 7 months with no issues so far. Another amplifier i'd recommend over the Sundown would be the Ampere Audio 2K.
TRD TUNDRA
I'll pass on the boss audio lol. I'd get another cab 1600.1 before I got that piece of garbage. But with the sub rated for 1750 rms wouldn't a 2k with box rise and voltage drop give less then that? So would it be better to get a saz2500? RainStryke
The Twisted Sounds 2.8K is what I would look at if you wanted that kind of power. They are $600 brand new. A Sundown 2500 is going to cost around $550 used or refurbished, with no warranty.
