When you build an SPL monster truck out of your buddy's Escalade with 30,000 watts of Rockford Fosgate power along with eight 18" subs, you've really got to build up a solid front stage in order to overcome massive power in the rear. And what Steve has constructed for the Escalade should definitely do the trick! To start off, Steve fabricated a set of 5.25" components into the A-pillars and wrapped the new panel in black vinyl to match the future interior changes. That's pretty impressive in itself, but check out the completely built door panels that feature five 5.25" woofers, five tweeters, and a single 10" sub! In order to make life a little easier for any future maintenances of the door panels, Steve also made his own wiring harnesses, complete with custom molex plugs. The attention to detail is amazing. I just wish that more people would take the time to do work like this. Instead of lets just slam it in and see how it works. I've been running the same build for 4 or 5 years the only thing I've changeg were the speakers it averages 144 to 145 db. If you take your time you dont have that many problems and your system will last. Again Steve awesome work look forward to seeing more of it.
