That is the sort of style that mine were, and I was bending the window at the corners away. The latch just isnt strong enough once you get over mid level systems. ChevyBoy95 Posted December 5, 2016 Report Share Posted December 5, 2016 I took silicone and sealed mine to where they can no longer open and it worked fine in my 95 chevy. Which silocone ? I'm willing to do that tomorrow regular black silicone worked fine up until I had 2 15's on 7k at the windown line, then I PL'd them shut and they are still held tight. So I should go right to the PL 8x ? I used 3x and never had to worry about it again. Plus with how the windows sit, if you do it right, you dont even see PL anywhere, just looks factory except it will never be able to be opened again.
