I could imagine the fiberglass flexing a bit more than the wood, but I doubt it will matter that much in the grand scheme of your build. Keep it up! I figured that so I planned on doing a few more layers and that will fix it. I was trying my best to make sure that the pieces above, behind, and sides of sub are wood and I only use the fiberglass to form the weird shapes and smooth curves. I hope it all works out.
