AMM-1 restock?

[Robin Dobbie]

I apologize if this is the wrong forum. Any word on if the dynos are discontinued or what?

[CstrokerV]

No think they are just out of stock and think they said something about retooling I could be wrong though

[Robin Dobbie]

Well that's promising.

I was going to check the classifieds to see if someone wanted to part with theirs but it says,

"The area you are attempting to access is currently offline. "

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

[email protected] will be able to give you any smd product info.

I was able to find one. I suppose any moment now we'll find out the re-tooling will result in better functionality and/or lower cost. 😁

[CstrokerV]

Highly doubt there will be a lower cost

[Antheny916]

Yep, they're being re-tooled. I think AMM-1's are next/ almost done. We're re-tooling every product one at a time.

Cost will stay the same and the design may change just a tad to match the other re-tooled products. Older AMM-1's will still work perfectly fine though.

Good to know. It's nice when tools work even after an update. Unlike smartphones.

I just ordered mine from Sonic Electronix; states it will ship at a later date from manufactures.  I hope it's a *new and improved* version.  Does anyone know if I can use resistors as a load as opposed to using speakers?
