Vibrationnation
I drive a 2011 Ford Focus and plan on putting a 2000 watt Skar audio system in my car. Will it be enough to shatter the windows, and is there anything I can do to prevent that if so?

Mr DeeBeez
It took me 4 18's walled and almost 20k watts clamped to break mine. ToNasty
8 minutes ago, Gunnem said: your only worry might be breaking the windshield seal and causing water to leak in or the windshield to slap to the bass. however this is unlikely under 2000 watts unless its a wall. id be more worried about the rear view mirror to prevent u can put deadener all around the windshield Deadener wont help that. Cld is only for panel resonance ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
Pelihagen
Why do you want to break your windows? Lol.
Joshdashef
Like someone else said the only real issue for setups is causing a failed seal at the windowshield or sun roof. To crack the window would require a lot more force than a 2k system will give you, especially in a trunk setup. ZFNZ
We have one of our team members running 2 x 12" on a 5k in his wagon and it smashed his twice. He also has 2 x 15 on a 5k in his other wagon and it smashed that. Also the owner of Zeroflex in New Zealand running 4 x 18s walled on 20k in his ride and smashes his almost every event blows if center screen Everytime. Jap screens never last as long as American built I've noticed.
