meade916
looks pimp bro!!! what you used for the mirrors should work, considering it had "mirror" in the label. That is basicly so it wont ruin the coating on the back with the chemicals thats in it. How tragic would it be to bond those to the box and then have the glue eat it up from the backside everything is coming out sweet, great job! Steve, ...so far so good with the mirrors, I was afraid the Texas heat and humidity would cause problems, but that top mirror is staying put. I literally discovered the "mirror specific" glue hours before I almost used the wrong stuff. I'd a been pissed off big time! ... those 3 mirrors cost me 130 bucks, too! This is a classic example of why I take things slowly with this build, gotta learn as I go! Hope not to make mistakes that I can not undo. I love this site so much! This is stuff that I would never have tried before, but now I see that I can do it! Power to the newbies! Now I gotta rewire and find a new home for my built in radar detector and Aeroforce scangauge, It's the mess sitting on the dash in the above pic; as the drivers pod replaced them. Maybe I can try something custom in the center console. PTCary 2003 SMD PT Cruiser 2011 Honda CBR 250R 2010 Mazda 3i Sport MY BUILD LOG
