Check back tomorrow, and I'll run that as a regular ported box, and give you a solid design. I've done that before, to compare it to the box I'm running now... And yours will be a about 1 1/2 to 2 dB's louder than mine. Oh, do you lean towards louder, or deeper ? Super happy with mine though. Best sounding sub woofer setup I've ever built, out of about 30. Those ZVX 18"s are bad ass 🙂 Btw, their is only one subwoofer in this box. Things are not as they appear 😉

Fish Chris
So anyway, yea, just put it in 5.25 cubes, and give it a 4 x 20 x 32.5 inch vent, BAM Easy Peasy. And that thing will slam too ! You could make it obnoxiously loud, by increasing your tuning up to like 40 or 45 hz (shortening the port) but it would not dig quite as deep, or be very musical. OR, you can go the other direction, and tune it around 30 hz (like I did with my 18" ZVX, and you will lose a couple dB's, but it will dig crazy deep, and sound super musical. Always trade offs. You just have to deiced what matters most to you.
1point21gigawatts
Lol how’s that easy peasy? I fugh with you dude and I like you. So don’t take this the wrong way. But dang dude, you have me over here laughing like crazy. You have to tell him the enclosure measurements too. You forgot lol! And after looking at that subwoofers t/s parameters, I would put it in a bigger enclosure and would dare tune that subwoofer high. You did right tuning yours at 30hz. That’s ideal. But I don’t think the op is gonna jump back in anyways and probably is just gonna order a prefab enclosure. That’s why I posted a list of enclosure designers and builders. I quit doing enclosure designs for people because it became nerve racking. “How can we help you?” “And don’t forget to tell them that the customer isn’t always right.”

If somebody told me, I need to put a sub in X cubes, with a port of 20" x 4" x 32".... Id look at my max dimensions, and it would take about 15 minutes to figure out the size and shape it needed to be .... Then I'd figure it about 10 more times because of my OCD 🙂 lol Anyway, if the OP can give me his max dimensions for height, width and depth, I can figure all that for him too.
