I was designing a box once and couldn't get it to work because of the angles, it was like 3/4 or 1 inch from being perfect no matter how i did it and i was mad. Torres Posted May 15, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 15, 2008 it's all good. i might be able to add a ring to it to extend it up some. or...i might fiberglass the baffles a little. add some curves, and that way i can elevate the top and bottom edges enough to give them enough clearance. i could also add some airspace that way if i'm hurtin for some. would be nice to make a big flared baffle that goes into the port, but the seats wont allow it i dont think Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can't wait to see this project completed..
