I heard bosch plugs are WORSE than OEM. it was from a good friend that knows his shit so i dont think he would lie to me.. But its not like i changed out my plugs right then mine still has oem ones from 02 :o

I believe it, my friend came over one day after school and random decides "hey lets change my sparkplugs since I've never changed them since I bought the truck last year" so he starts pulling plugs out and two of them the plugs broke off in the block so I had to go buy easy outs at napa and took us a damn hour to get them out. Not saying that all bosch plugs are like this, and it could have been the previous owners fault.

Whichever plugs you get, make sure you get them in the same temperature range that you have now.

The temperature of plugs is mainly based on 2 factors, compression and the octane of fuel that the car requires.

But for the Record..a real motor doesn't require plugs B)

certain cars have different needs. like for some reason in my 89 mustang I'm not supposed to use platinum plugs. didnt understand the explaination enough to explain it here. check the manufacture specs or check some forums of people that have the same car as you. most likely it wont matter but its nice to check and know.
