That was back when he was underground and still made good music. I would say his best cd is a toss up between the Carter I and II. Exactly Cash Money really went mainstream when Juve dropped 400 degrees. However, I think this new album is damn good. At times he whines too much but I can listen to every track on this one and not skip anything unlike his other cds. I think that's why he sold 1,006,000 copies the first week. The cd is good and I'm glad that they got away from that Mannie Fresh production type stuff. I mean listen to Dr. Carter. That shit is hot. However, on the other song Jay-Z killed him!!! My favorite shit is let the beat build. The dude flows regardless of what others say. Some of his shit makes no sense but overall he pretty damn good.
