mrwigglezdj Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 well im on my pc because the ole lady was on some crap for myspace backgrounds and a pop up came up on the screen and it automaticly downloaded a anti virus program but she totlay lost control of the pc, and now when you turn the pc on it will turn on and go to desktop but as soon as the desktop comes up the antivirus thing pops up and takes all control of the pc, if you click on anything it will just cause a auto matic reboot, and if you leave it alone it will still do a auto reboot within 15-20 seconds of boot up. any way i can download a program to boot her pc from to over ride the hijacker program and remove it? or anyone know how i can remove it, i have tried to be fast at start up and go to msconfig, but as soon as i click on disable all start up it shuts off , and the disable all start up didnt process, and i cant click fast enough to get to the built in microsoft system restore...
