Also much props to SMD Forums, Steve Meade himself for running this forum, and all of the people that help each other. most people look at us as money wasters, but the ones on here are the shit. 03SSEI Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 Me too im fairly new but ive already learned a ton...its addicting :-p I wanted a good entry level system...Kenwood KVT-512 7 inch touch screen.Went with alpine... 2 Type R 15's @ 4ohms powered by 2 MRP-M1000 amps, dual 2 farad caps, Type R 6x9's and 5x1/4's, Optima battery and HO Alt soon to come. All in the back off my 03 Pontilac bonneville. Simple but effective.

FiBTLforlife Posted June 15, 2008 Report Posted June 15, 2008 yeah meade i got into the car audio abuot a year ago and ive learned so much on this site. everyone is so smart with there stuff and give great advice when u need it. meade is very good with his boxes and learn just from hits pics 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars
