EricR Posted June 2, 2009 Report Share Posted June 2, 2009 being that i work with a torch on a daily basis as a pipe fabricator i can tell you got some bad ass skills. down in texas we don't see fences like that much i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. B Slaps Posted September 29, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 29, 2009 ok so this is the same customer as the last job i posted above. dude has money, anyway. he had a old dry rotted ac rack thing. i dont know what else to call it. ive never seen anything like this before. well you know me I CAN DO ANYTHING and i got some big cohones son. so i rented the crane ( dude was cool as fuck )helping carry tools and shit. lifted the ac unit about 4-6" tore that shit out. put in something i designed in my head and fabbed up in about 2 hrs or so. i used electric milwuakee( sp ) shearers to cut the expanded metal on top of the flat part. braced it, lag bolted it to the wall with tabs. the 4" square tubing i used for posts are mounted with flat plates and redhead concrete anchors into footings that are already there.This shit is solid. my buddy chuy did most of the welding with my boy C45 helping tear out ,cuts, cleaning stuff up, wire brushing, painting ect. 6 hrs total for the 3 of us. i pay these guys $25/hr cash. pics taken on my blackberry i forgot my camera. check it out me and chuy. hes a hard worker been welding for 22 years.
