I guess fed-ex can do that and not ups. He said he didn't get a tracking number but I know fedex and ups always give tracking numbers period. Thats why I only deal with Paypal verified people. I do not accept money orders (I dont care if its usps or bank and of those can be fraudulent) or Western Union, And Definetly not personal checks. Trades are hard as hell to do and track because in the long run its your word agenst his with out any viable proof that a transaction took place.
