LT.Smoke
I have an Mtx 9500 15" dual 4 ohm VC sub in a slot port enclosure powered by 1000 watts daily. Im looking into getting a Single Nightshade 12" dual 1ohm VC and putting it in a T-line enclosure. Of the 2 systems which setup do you think would be louder in my Honda Accord trunk Car Quote Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌

Torres
read up on a t line first. they're very efficient boxes. but...very large also. they're built in proportion to your speakers. so before you even consider that, i'd make sure you have enough room in your trunk for one
Guest aseanj52
Try the 15 in Tline box. =]

Torres
a nightshade wont do well in a tline but sundown over the MTX all day for me not only that but they're beefy as hell too. i bet the motor and basket are too big to fit down into the box. it'll hit a port wall
BigPimpin91
Nightshade's have too high od an fs to sound good in a T-Line. I would take Nightshade over MTX in a ported box. Quote BigPimpin91's Banging Music
LT.Smoke
i have a few more options to throw into the mix of system setups Im considering running all of the mentioned systems off of a Sundown 3000d(excluding the Mtx) What about doing a DC Lvl 4 12 with lvl 5 softparts? What about Fi btl 12 fully loaded? What about the Nightshade 12? What about my current 9500 15? Of all the afformentioned which do you think will be the most Spl/Musical combo in my 96 Honda Accord Ex trunk car? But unless you are running more than one sub, I think the Sundown will be a little excessive for any of the mentioned subs. Except maybe the BTL.
