Predrill a hole and put a screw through it then 8.375" away predrill another hole and put a screw through there. Shoot one end of that into the center of your sub location then use the other screw as a scribe to mark the cutout.Another way thats a lil more difficult to get exact. Get a piece of speaker wire and put a small ring terminal on each end so that each ring terminal is exactly 8.375". Screw one end to the center of your sub location and use a pencil in the other to draw out your circle. The easiest way.
