Charger
Nothing wrong with ply at all. Just because somebody didn't use enough of it. If that was 18mm MDF it'd still flex and would this topic still exist? NeonSector
I am going to try bracing it before I make another one. I know it has bracing on each corner, but thats about it. I m thinking about getting some rods in there holding the top from flexing like that. The meter I used when I first put in the subs when they were stiff as hell was an older one I learned. But it hit 149.4 with pretty much all the doors open and over 152 with them closed with just the front windows open. If that meter is old (look at the SS of it) then the reading might be false. if you have any advice on how to brace it so I wont have to make another one please let me know (here are some pics form the build log) thanks Pioneer Z3 HU 2500.1 kicker (2) 350.4 kickers (2) Kicker 0815L7s JBL comps (4) screens on headrests Tsunami 40 farad hybrid cap (2) Yellow top batteries 250 amp alternator Upgraded big three with 0 gauge.
