E-Train
that link is to a t4k,you could look into hifonics xxv's or something along those lines. cheaper and still puts out decent power. whats ur budget? people will be better able to help if we knew sum information I really don't want to spend more than 1200 bucks on an amp, i was just looking at the rockford for comparison, but if it absolutely came down to it, I could drop the extra cash to get a t4k, but only if thats the best and last resort. Also 2 runs of 1/0 u mean 2 runs from the front to the back batteries, or 2 runs to the amp, lol sorry first time experiencing extreme electrical upgrades. wL<3bass
you just have to remember that rockfords put out alot more power then they say. the q's are aimed more at daily driver, better sound quality over the bl. the bl will get louder tho, but lacks the sound quality that the q's have. also the q's i believe have like 27mm xmax which is nice xD.one larger amp will be easier to set and tune, also it will more then likely be cheaper. IMO i would go with the Q's and a t4k, but thats me. good luck x2 Could be a possibilty, but i'm not exactly comfortable with buying from ebay T4K $1,700 Quote Vehicle: 1997 S10 Blazer 4dr 4X4 Exterior: Rear End Bagged, Black Grill, Lifted 2" Amplifiers: Rockford Fosgate T8004 & T10001bd Batteries: 2 Stinger SPV35, Kinetik HC2400 Electrical: Big 3, DC Power 290amp Alternator w/ MLA at 15.5v Enclosure: 4.2 ft³ @ 33Hz 84sq.in. of port (20sq.in. per cube) Headunit: Eclipse CD3200 w/ 80G iPod Mids/Highs: Rockford T152s (a-pillars), Rockford T162s (doors) Subwoofers: 1 15" Fi BL Fully Loaded Wire: All 1/0g Kicker Hyperflex My YouTube Videos My Fiberglass A-Pillar Build My "Seamless" Looking Box Build My DD1508 T-Line Bandpass Build "Seamless" w/ Acrylic Windows (for '05 TrailBlazer) My Stealth 8" Fiberglass Build (for '05 TrailBlazer) My Build For A Friend's '08 Cobalt 15" BL Sealed Off From The Trunk My feedback/references... E-Train
Well thanks guys I guess i'm gonna go with the FiQ's and one T4k, unless i run across a Hifonics or something at a steal of a deal, but thanks for the help and suggestions, now to just save up some cash money, and buy the equipment lol Quote 1997 4 Runner Alpine CDA-9886 4 Fi Audio X Series 12's 1 Crunch GP3000D Pro DC Power Inc. Pitbullx
the Q's are more sq oriented and the BL's are designed to be a loud but good sounding daily driver sub...... q's excel in sealed boxes whereas the bl's only work well in ported ones...... EricM9104
Yeah that could be a possibilty but that thing looks extremly power hungry, idk if the t4k is as bad or not??? 4kw is gonna be a power hog. RamenNoodles
I would go with the BLs to a t4k. They will get hella loud and still sounds pretty good as well. Quote Diablo Audio Technologies Fi Car Audio Ascendant Audio

Chris
I'm going with 4 T1k's & got them all for under $1200 total. Plus they are each rated at 1500rms, so I'm getting over 1000rms more than a t4k for less than the price of one too. IMO it's worth the extra room & wiring if you're on a budget.
