From your last comment I take it you don't have a lot of experience and 7000rms is a lot to just throw at a sub and expect it to be loud with no issues. 30hz tuning will hopefully get you exactly that, 30hz tuning. Meaning it should sound good on rap screwed music and such. I would get the BTLs personally (I did). They sound good and can handle the power nicely in the right enclosure. I would figure out how much room you have to work with, and what you're willing to give up (like building a wall and not being able to carry pasengers). I like the solo-x but they don't seem to be as user forgiving as the BTLs, one screw up and poooooff goes the solo-x.
