Nightshade
Honestly if you're only shooting for a 150 in an extended cab truck you should be able to do 4 15's in a no wall application and do 150's all day long. There are tons of guys out on the Db Drag circuit that have 2 15's under the window line in extended cab trucks doing 150's. I believe that Alpine was doing those kind of numbers in his truck. I would honestly think that unless you're going to use the bed of the truck to store batteries and amps you won't have enough room to do a wall. Imagine trying to fit multiple batteries and amps on top of a 16+ cube wall for 4 15's. You will more than likely run out of room. Were you planning on using the bed of the truck for storage as well? If you're gung ho about walling it then do it, but I was just saying that with the power and subs that you mentioned a 150+ should be easy even in a no wall. 2013 VW Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo 1 Sundown Audio SCV2000 1 Sundown Audio X15 V2 1 XS Power D3100 Audio Control LC6i Stock Deck 146.4 sealed on the dash at 37hz 2001 Focus ZX3: RETIRED Team Sundown Audio, Team XS Power, 2 time NSPL Car 3601-Up Champion, 2 time NSPL Car Hardcore ChampionHighest NSPL Scores to date:154.3db on the dash sealed at 46hz, 156.2db in the kick at 46hz155.2db unofficial on dash at 43hz

jonathancullen89
walls are picky lol, if you dont know what your doing/have no box building experience i wouldnt recommend it. i know you could pull it off chode, just use lots of bracing and double baffles. try and completely seal it from the back of the truck, if you can that will eliminate the rear flexing and increase your output alot. as for using the bed of the truck for amps and batts i dont think that is entirely necessary. im not sure what kind of truck it is and didnt catch what kind of equiptment but im sure there will be room on the front baffle to mount the amps, as for battery's sum trucks are big enough to be able to fit two batts under the hood. otherwise fiberglass a center councle and house the batts under that. no need to drill into the cab and box. 1992 cavalier build 1992 blazer s10 kenwood cd hifonics hfi2500d 6 soon to be 12 12" hifonics hfi12d4's shit ton-o-wire Blurred Vision Audio Team SMD feedback/refs. clicky!-

jonathancullen89
my first wall sucked, had very little output and sounded like shit. i was very afraid to do a wall in my cavy but could not fit four 15" in there otherwise. i was happy with the output, but it was a whole lot better once i added more bracing and re-tuned 1992 cavalier build 1992 blazer s10 kenwood cd hifonics hfi2500d 6 soon to be 12 12" hifonics hfi12d4's shit ton-o-wire Blurred Vision Audio Team SMD feedback/refs. clicky!-
