Adding 2nd Baffle ?'s

If i add a second baffle to make the sub's rubber surround mount flush, will the baffle effect the tuning of the box? because it add's 3/4" ? of MDF

if your port is on the same plane as your subs yes it will but if its not no it wont. it would only add 3/4" to ur port length even if it was. not enough to really change your tuning much.

if you have a slot vent on the sub mounting plane you will add .75" of port depth, which depending on your specs probably wont be noticeable.

well the baffle will be pressed (or sealed) aginast 1st and will add 3/4" around the vent too, that really doesnt matter?

I added a second baffle which also affected my port and it didnt change any tuning really.

ill go out on a whim and say almost everyone on here has a box 16 cubes or less... this is the majority (dont chime in if ur bigger)

with that in mind... the most .75" added to port length will change is .3hz, depends on surface area but that just gives you an idea of how hard it would be to "hear" the difference
