Ben Building
Ran across this amp for sale on the web and was wondering if anyone can tell if this is a REAL Sundown SAE 1500D: It is supposed to put out 1,956 watts RMS at 1 Ohm... Boon
really resembles a mini DAT amp to me Indeed... I wonder.... Hrm. *goes away to get high res DAT pics * EDIT: Very interesting, same output driver board (DAT 2500 has 2 of them though) Probably means they come from the same build house/company - usually companies are very secretive about their class D output drive circuits. I would say there's some striking similarities indeed 10.x volts fo' life!

Nightshade
With only 120 amps of fusing I doubt the amp ever put out 1900 watts. That would mean that it was more than 100% efficient. And Bangin Caddy don't you mean that the Diablo amps look like a larger version of this Sundown proto since I'm sure that this amp was out before the Diablo ones were 2013 VW Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo 1 Sundown Audio SCV2000 1 Sundown Audio X15 V2 1 XS Power D3100 Audio Control LC6i Stock Deck 146.4 sealed on the dash at 37hz 2001 Focus ZX3: RETIRED Team Sundown Audio, Team XS Power, 2 time NSPL Car 3601-Up Champion, 2 time NSPL Car Hardcore ChampionHighest NSPL Scores to date:154.3db on the dash sealed at 46hz, 156.2db in the kick at 46hz155.2db unofficial on dash at 43hz
Forevrbumpn
Looks similar, just the same style design I'am sure, possibly same designer or something, but they are different I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
