Around 375 I can get redtops for 120 and bluetops for around 150 i meant the price he spends on one kenetik he could get two bluetops (lack of punctuation) New here a little red top is 149.99 for the smallest one, smallest yellow top is 189.99 (yellow and blue are the same and again that is for a SMALLER battery) http://cgi.ebay.com/KINETIK-HC2400-HIGH-CU...%3A1%7C294%3A50

ptcary
although the AQ2200 has a 200 amp fuse .......... do you plan on having an amp for your highs and mids? if so then you might want to do a 250 or 300 amp fuse depending on the size of the high/mid amp. I just received my AQ2200D and it calls for an external 300amp fuse (???) EDIT: Sorry, AQ confirmed that the 3500D uses a 300amp fuse, 200 for the 2200D. I read the diagram wrong. eliassami5
300A is too big. The amp itself only draws 200. So I'd say 225. wrong...between batts you need to fuse the max amp rating of the wire you are using. A 1/0 gauge wire has a max amp draw of around 350ish so you will need to fuse it at 300amps. Now from the rear bat to the amp then you will need to fuse just higher than the max amp draw of the amp. [battery]-->(300A fuse)--------------->(300A fuse)-->[battery]-->(220/250A fuse)---------->[amp] would i need 2 or 3 You will need to fuse every positive wire coming off of a battery if you wanna do it right 3... it really depends. depends if you want you're ride to go up in flames cuz you didnt fuse a bat when you should have so 2 200 fuses between batts, then another 200 fuse between amp and batt right? No, read above Quote 91' Jeep Cherokee - The Heep Just Empty Every Pocket 96' Volvo 960 - The B◘x [sPL_4_U] HiFonics - Alpine Pioneer - Clarion Infinity - Kicker KnuKonceptz
eliassami5
cant i just ground the amp to the negative on the second battery then ground the battery to my chassis? you can but the best scenario is to run a negative from the front bat to the back bat and ground the amp on the rear bat. But you can also just ground all the batts on the chassis, just find a good ground and grind the shit out of it till you can see your reflection. EricM9104
I would go with Knu Fleks 1/0 wire http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.c...20Fleks%20KableYour wiring looks good and im not to sure about the fuses. I think 300 amp fuses would be good. With the AQ2200D, he'd be fine with the KLMX wire... 250a max reccomended draw for that wire... AQ2200D uses a 200a fuse which is why he'd be fine with my KLMX wire.
