BassAddict32
i was thinking about getting one to power my 4 15" diamond audio Hex Pro subwoofers. they can handle 2000W a piece. i was gonna make it 2 ohm. however, i wanted to know if this is a good amp or not? does it really do rated power? or is it over rated? kingsuv
It's a very powerful amp. Also one of the most accurate amps I have used. The power keeps getting better as you add voltage too. It is also very power hungry. I used 8 Powermaster 2700's with it. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

kingsuv
Yep. I have use those too. Damn nice amps. It is 2 Goliaths in one Maxximus case. They put out every bit of power when you feed them plenty of juice. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. ChevyBoy
why was my post deleted? didnt you return them because they couldnt run daily? i think thats useful info to the op
kingsuv
No there are plenty of people running them daily. My dealings with Maxxsonics is just that, my dealings. I still recommend them as an amp and for daily as I have seen more then a few other serious competitors use them. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. mike fallon
They need a lot of input current not voltage and the signal voltage can cause you problems in the input section if there is distortion in the signal path
kingsuv
I ran mine off a Maxxlink, which is the coolest line driver I have ever owned. I'm looking to pick another one of those up soon for my other truck. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
