I just don't want to screw with the factory wiring to much and I' am broke until Friday I will probably just keep the factory switch, make a box that fits tightly around the switch assembly, then use my router to make a switch template Your way is definitely easier, but damn I cant wait right now, and I want these doors done by Cinco de mayo I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

I hate wasting forum space on multiple threads, same topic Anyways, after sitting on this for like 10 months or something, I said screw it, I'am working something out I have a good idea finally what I will be doing. I have the basic premise laid out, 1 6.5" and 1- 8" per door. Maybe some tweeters in the pillars, maybe 1 in the pillar, 1 in the door, that part can wait Iam just TIRED of bass and 4" full range mids in the far back, and 8ohm components in the back that are muffled The 8"s I made to have the highest Qts, and Highest Fs I could possibly do using parts available to me, using some 8"s I had here at home So got the 8"s to about 70hz Fs and 0.6Qts, this helps ALOT with a free air system I have already tested the 8" and 6" being used, just wires ran to the door from the back, and I'am in love! Musical, and a solid thump like when your at a night club, or a party being DJ'd I'am realizing I have alot of missing pics from what is in the beginning of the thread to now, so just bare in there with me, its like starting in the middle.
