On the LED's though, about how big of a piece of plexi are you lighting? There's an art to making LED's work great for you, but you gotta know how many and where to use them. My concern for you is that 1 on a piece might not be enough for you. Reply back, and I'll check and see if I can't give you some more ideas. CERTIFIED BITCHES!!! Its a little to small for my uses I believe now, its only 1.7ounces I think, they make another one that is full size, but it about $70-90 per glue cartridge but from $16 a glue cartridge at 1.25oz to 6.7oz at $64 is better pricing, but the gun is ONLY pneumatic, and costs like $400-500 But I think its well worth it, if you use epoxy like crazy, like I do. I have gone thru about 10 of these epoxy packs in about 2 months, and only about 12 nozel's ;-) http://www.mcmaster.com/#3m-dp-420-adhesiv...rtridges/=wzo1h I use the DP420 black, but its a little harder to come by sometimes, so the off white works wonders too. They have a 20min set time in a real word, you know, 90+ room temp, with -0- humidity ( just like resin) I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

Forevrbumpn Posted April 22, 2009 Author Report Posted April 22, 2009 I was out last night till about 12am getting a nice skeleton going I said screw the 2- sets of 3 ways components in the doors, and Iam just doing some 8" coaxes with 1" compression drivers firing right through the pole piece of the 8" These are like 99 -100DB efficiency coaxes, with a very wide bandwidth, and just very musical while retaining that loudness So, Here is what I did last night, I still have a few more internal braces to build, a arm rest thing-a-ma-jig and I want the door lights to be ultra bright LEDS facing the ground It seems like it will be a pretty easy build honestly, but its all about making it look GOOD I think I will hit up DR DB- Chris on the upholstery part of it I still need to come up with a window button switch holder, and I will be using some expanding foam to touch up around the edges, gaps etc , sand it down So far this seems easy, but its all about time...
