ei derrick whats your technique in applying resin evenly throughout the whole box?

also what is that black tape on the joints of the aeroports?

My technique is simply brush it on. Nothing fancy. The black tape on the ports is just that; black tape.

Just wondering why you double baffled the ports, but not the subs?

counter sinking the subs would looke a bit cleaner, and maybe a few tenths louder :)

Original intentions were for a double baffle & countersinking the subs. I agree that it's a great look. However upon test fitting this into the car I realized that the 2nd layer would bump him above the window line. When first planning out the box we didn't care and thought the box would come out a couple inches over but after realizing how close it was in the test fit I kept it as low as possible.
