Would it be possible to hook up a full DJ System in a car? Lets say.....an altima...? :01nocomment8so:

Just want to know if it could work. I had a temp dj system in my explorer running off an inverter. Just want to know if its possible. Thanks :]

im talking about dj speakers and amps also.

would you need to run seperate invertors?

Why not just run your dj speakers wit regular audio amps.

There would be a significant advantage to run your speakers of regular DC car audio amps.

All amps use DC current, so your dj amps have a converter which takes the AC from your wall puts out a DC current for the amp.

When you use those in your car you are converting the DC from the battery to AC through the invertors, then BACK to DC inside your amps through the converter.

This results in a huge loss in power. If you are thinking of seriously making a permenant car setup i would recommend using car audio amps.
