The XL 10 and DD are pretty on par with each other, not worth the switch if your looking for big gains but if you just want to play around with something new the XL would be a sweet way to go

No offense to the DC but IMO the Level 4XL has NOTHING on a DD 9500 sub.

Why not try kicker solo x 10's? 2500 rms. I have 2 12's, same watts, been putting 5500 rms to them daily....i have had no problems yet....

Ive heard that the VC heats up real bad on those. I personally never owned one. But have heard stories.

My vote it to XL.. :friends:

sold everything

no solox, i've sold far more s.p.a.i.r.s than subs...in my experience they blow weekly on 5k for even the 18, the 10 was blown on like 3k pretty damn fast, so if its for anything other than competition you dont really want them....

there is no junk 10, only 12/15/18, there is an trash, but its only 1000wrms (does have a 3in coil though)

Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build

monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now)

Team DC
